Selling Price
The base price displayed on each product page is used as the selling price (tax included).
Shipping Fee
Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, and charged together with your order. All orders are shipped internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Additional Charges (other than the product price)
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed. Delivery time after shipping varies by destination and is not guaranteed.
Payment Method and Timing
Payment is made by credit card via Shopify Payments. Payment is charged in full at the time the order is placed (for subscriptions, payment is charged at each monthly renewal).
Return Period
30 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Policy
Because our products are food items, opened or consumed items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, for food safety purposes. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping Policy
To start a return, please contact us at support@churapantry.com before sending any item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For international returns, customs fees and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
